TechOp Solutions is seeking to identify personnel to provide analytical expertise in support of the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Interoperability Response Center (IRC). The primary operational purpose of an Interoperability Response Center (IRC) is to support ICE field offices in providing 24/7 response to interoperability queries that are automatically generated upon a fingerprint match for a subject booked into local custody. Professional support services are required to conduct analysis, screening, and related support activities in response to Interoperability queries. Overall, the objective of this Professional Support Services Contract is to improve and provide appropriate response to interoperability queries. This position involves shift work providing coverage to support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week operations. This requires all analysts to work some weekends and holidays on a rotational basis. Schedules will be as follows: Day Shift Hours 06:00AM - 2:30PM: Afternoon (Swing) Shift, 2:00PM - 10:30PM: Night Shift, 10:00PM - 06:30AM. Hiring staff to specific shifts. Determine customer concepts of operations and program requirements to develop a Total Package Approach or propose alternatives for Government review and consideration for a mix of FMS and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) under a hybrid approach if in the best interests of the Government.  Draft Congressional notifications for potential FMS sales and forward for review and further processing. Perform foreign disclosure investigations and provide detailed preliminary release readiness analyses of hardware and software systems, specifications or other technical data. Develop executive level briefs and presentations to senior-level personnel in the U.S. Navy, the DoD, and foreign countries and their embassy personnel on program capabilities and P&A and LOA details. Assist the Government by preparing CDRLs for use in contract documentation. Download contract deliverables from third-party provided integrated data environment(s) and disseminate the deliverables to Government team members. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Fleet Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for maintenance program. Talent Requirements: Must have at least three (3) or more years of recent (within the last five (5) years) and relevant experience managing the maintenance functions of a transit bus maintenance shop similar in scope, size, and complexity and with same or similar type of transit vehicles/equipment.
