Managing Partner - Business development for new location (Knoxville)

We are growing into the Knoxville market in late 2025-2026 and are looking for a very important piece to that puzzle. We will be bringing on a managing partner to operate our Knoxville market. This individual will be responsible for the daily operations of all services, will assist in the long-term growth of the market, and will be the face of the brand in the Knoxville market. The ideal individual will have a great work ethic, be comfortable conversing in professional settings, have a good understanding of marketing, sales, and be confortable managing others. This opportunity will be a salary plus profit sharing position, which means that the earning potential is unlimited! Our managing partners in other markets can typically earn between 50-70k annually withing the first 1-2 years, and generally move into six figure territory quickly. This is an industry that requires management to wear many hats, and be willing to get your hands dirty from time to time. The idea of "not my job" is not recognized in our company. The President of the company will still clean toilets when there is a need, we do what we need to in order to make our clients happy and get the job done!
