Executive assistant to established, very successful professional, investor, and philanthropist. Both local and remote will be considered. You are organized, pay attention to detail, find your way to getting to "yes" when pursuing an assignment, are a quick learner, reliable, and are not easily frustrated when people tell you "no". Position handles arranging, scheduling, and coordinating personal, professional, luxury, vacation, and adventure travel; calendar management, and charitable giving screening. Must be adept at interacting with people in all walks of life and all levels of society. Will manage small projects at a number of residential properties in the western United States. Experience as an executive or personal assistant preferred but not essential. Must be able to participate in luxury, adventure, and athletic travel. The Protective Design Engineer role will be experienced in protective design, physical security, and/or civil construction to support the Client's Global Security Systems & Technology program.
