Requirements Licensure: Active and unrestricted Montana license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist (Provisionally licensed clinicians will be considered) Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (internship and practicum experience may be considered for provisionally licensed applicants) Experience working in substance use, mental health, or co-occurring disorder treatment settings (residential, PHP, or IOP) Therapeutic Expertise: Demonstrated use of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or trauma-focused modalities Strong clinical documentation skills and proficiency with treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge summaries Knowledge & Compliance: Working knowledge of ASAM criteria, HIPAA, and Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) behavioral health regulations Familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented systems Technology & Systems: Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and secure communication tools Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development
