Mostly office experience to do phone triage, assist in completing 485s/Plan of Treatment (computerized program Soneto which codes and types treatment plans), review nursing and multidisciplinary notes, review Evals and Recerts for non Medicare Home Health Agency (no oasis). Mainly private duty patients. Position is full time with health benefits after 3 mo. training period & 401K after one year. Positive upbeat individual with patience and who is detail oriented who can speak with respect to management staff and field staff. Prefer "people person" who can spend time with field staff and encourage them both in person and over the phone - "praise them to success". Patient person who can work with both the skilled private duty staff and the non skilled including companions, CNAs, CHHAs.
