What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at H2 Health, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of pediatric patients by:
Assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living activities.
Delivering engaging, play-based therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Collaborating with families and caregivers to promote patient progress.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for young patients.
Requirements
What You'll Need:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
Experience: New grads are welcome! Pediatric experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
