We provide 24/7 support, ongoing training, and a team that’s always ready to help you succeed.  Key Responsibilities: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients  Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation  Support with daily routines like grooming, medication reminders, or mobility assistance  Help with errands or provide transportation, if needed  Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or environment  Key Traits: Reliable and punctual  Friendly, patient, and compassionate  Able to work independently and follow care instructions  Good communicator and attentive to details  Respectful of each client’s privacy, dignity, and lifestyle  Requirements Must be at least 18 years old  Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required)  Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state requirements)  Eligible to work in the U.S.  Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration  Must have a valid driver’s license and active car insurance.  Benefits United Home Care offers: Competitive pay: $20–$25 per hour Flexible scheduling Weekly pay Holiday pay Paid training opportunities Mileage reimbursement A meaningful and fulfilling career
