Key Responsibilities: Perform patient registration and eligibility verification. Generate and send patient statements. Maintain accurate patient account files. Assist with claim preparation and documentation requests. Answer inbound calls from patients and insurance providers; conduct outbound calls as needed for AR follow-up. Requirements Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) Experience: 2+ years of clerical or billing office experience in a healthcare setting. The Medical Instrument Technician (Perfusionist) is a specialized healthcare professional responsible for operating extracorporeal circulation equipment during medical procedures where it is necessary to temporarily support or replace a patient’s cardiopulmonary function. This includes heart-lung machines, blood oxygenators, and other circulatory support devices used during open-heart surgery and other critical cardiovascular procedures.
