Our Assistant Clinical Directors help to monitor the daily operations of a single clinic location.   What You’ll Do Assist in the supervision of 6-7 behavior analysts under the supervision of the Clinical Director Oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs developed by BCBAs Assist with parent training and completion of assessments Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers Conduct assessments (e.g., preference assessment, staff performance assessment, functional analysis, etc.) Maintain a reduced caseload of 4-5 clients  Review, analyze, and provide support and feedback to behavior analysts regarding treatment plans before final submission to Clinical Director Requirements Requirements BCBA certification 4+ years of experience in the field supervising others Experience training staff Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record Benefits Special BCBA Benefits 21 paid days off (15 days of PTO, which increases with tenure, plus 6 holidays) Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance 401(k) program with generous employer match up to 6% Performance bonus potential Student-loan repayment program for existing loans (up to $24,000 total - $1,000 per month)   **$5,000 bonus for referring BCBAs to work in MA, NH, FL, TN, PA, NJ, DE, GA, TX, VA, RI**   About ABA Centers of Florida ABA Centers of Florida is a great place to work!
