Duties include answering phones and emails, greeting patients, scheduling of appointments, making financial arrangements, and supporting our practice. Dental business office employment is preferred for consideration but we can consider you if you have clerical skills or background with customer service or dental chairside assisting experience. Part-time position open for a Hawaii Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who would like to join a great team and establish themselves as a go-to therapist with the community. We are a thriving, private, outpatient practice with two locations in Kihei and Wailuku. We are a locally owned and physical therapist operated company. Premier Physical Therapy KIHEI is looking for a part-time licensed physical therapist who can work 24-32 hours per week. New graduates are welcome to apply including those who may need a temporary license. Patients are seen direct, one-to-one, in 45-minutes sessions.  Our Kihei clinic has an individual exam rooms and open gym area.  Variety of orthopedic diagnoses for adults and geriatrics are primarily seen and treated.  Occasional pediatric, wheelchair/mobility scooter evaluation, vestibular, and neurological patients adds to the variety and keeps things interesting.  Manual therapy skills are required.  We use a team oriented approach to work toward patient and clinic goals.  All staff members participates with community service events and meeting with doctors and other community providers.  This is a part-time position with great benefits offered including 401(K), supplemental insurance, and health insurance.  Physical therapist employees are provided a Medbridge subscription for continuing education. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Caregiver must have at least two years of formal caregiving training and experience. Dementia care, proficient in using a hoyer lift. Reliable, patient and attentive to the needs of seniors. Ability to provide support with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. Caregiver is required to have a valid driver's license, current insurance, and reliable transportation. You must pass a background check, CPR/1ST Aid Certified. CNA Certificate (if applicable). DETAILS: Care is provided in a private home. Caregiver will have their own sleeping accommodations.
