We are looking for committed individuals to help us share our passion for the Arizona wine industry with our guests at our beautiful Cottonwood locations. Opportunity to cross train in our other locations as well. This is a fun spin on a sales position with a focus on educating and exciting our guests with a true Arizona wine experience. Where else can you work where people come in, are happy to see you AND make tips! Please do not apply if you are not looking for long term employment, just passing through or step-stoning to the next J-O-B. We have a solid, team of committed employees and we all work together. Here are some agreements we would ask you to make: *BE TRAINABLE, NOT INTIMIDATED! Wine is fun and you will learn a lot! *Have the ability to move quickly *Have consistent attendance *Make guests feel at ease *Sell / up-sell the products available *Be willing to work with and support everyone on the team *Be willing to consistently fulfill side-work tasks as directed. *Be accountable and take ownership of your position with us and our beautiful space. *Work at least 3 shifts per week. *Be at least 21 years old *Be able to multi-task *Be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, bend, stoop, climb a short ladder. *Be able to work on your feet for 6-8 hours at a time. *Have a positive attitude and be a good communicator. *Have good hygiene / professional appearance *Obtain Yavapai County Food Handlers Permit and AZ Title IV certification within 30 days of hire *Be conscientious of others. *Be honest and authentic. *Be consistent and reliable.
