We are seeking an experienced, hard working CHEF DE PARTIE - This is a full time hourly role, must have experience in Michelin fine dining environments and capable of working all stations in the kitchen. They will be involved with many of the culinary aspects of 7 Adams from an operational standpoint, and collaborate with Chef to execute his vision and creativeness with each plate. They will work with their peers to maintain quality and consistency, as well as efficiency and minimizing food waste. This CDP must demonstrate a calm and composed demeanor while working in a fast paced, open kitchen environment.
