POSITION TITLE:  Housekeeping Manager  REPORTS TO (TITLE):  Director of Plant Operations FSLA Status:  Exempt PAY: $68,640 - $82,368 DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Leads and manages the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure optimal cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance across all hospital facilities. The role is responsible for strategy, execution, and outcomes—not just supervision. Emphasis is placed on leadership, operational excellence, and use of technology to support day-to-day management.
