Baristas wanted at Comptons Coffee House - North Beach (lower pac hts)

Compton's Coffee House is hiring Baristas at our Columbus Ave Cafe We are seeking an experienced coffee professional with a passion for customer service and high standards when it comes to the products they serve. This is a part time position (25-35 hours week) but can potentially become full time if both parties are a good fit. Comptons Columbus ave is a bustling cafe, smack dab in the middle one of the most popular, highly visited destinations in the city. We serve hundreds of cups a day, to both die hard regulars and new comers. Regardless of our volume, we prioritize the individual experience of each customer, and strive to produce the highest quality beverages every time. Do all of the following apply to you? If so, you could be a great fit for this role! - Customer service experience. - Experience working in a Specialty Coffee shop, familiarity with La Marzocco and Mazzer are a plus. - Skilled at Latte Art - A naturally good teammate. - A passion to learn more about the fundamentals of coffee and service and the desire to flex the skills you already have. - Consistent attendance, work performance, communication and attitude. We are offering Part time positions (up to 30 hours a week) and are currently looking for applicants with flexible availability. Weekend and Holiday availability are a must for this role.
