Berolina is an authentic European bakery in Los Angeles that bakes and creates our bread and pastries fresh daily. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our daytime baking and pastry team. You will be working on creating pastries and cakes, scaling, mixing, and baking recipes. Our business hours are from Tuesday to Saturday Closed Sunday and Monday REQUIREMENTS Must have approximately two years of baking, pastry, or culinary training or experience Cleanliness and tidiness are a must Must be able to lift 50 pounds Food handling certificate Approx. 36 or more hours per week Pay attention to detail EXPECTATIONS Berolina is a workplace for dedicated bakers.
