Location: McDonough, GA Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11:30pm **All Schedules subject to change based on business needs. Overview: Assist warehouse management with inbound receiving and outbound selection. Communicate with employees and over the road truck drivers. Maintain spreadsheets, communicate among multiple departments, assist with NDCP’s food safety policies & assist with food safety audits. This is a clerical position with responsibilities including but not limited to computer data entry, relaying work assignments to fellow employees, paperwork accuracy verification, finance related data entry, mail sorting and general office work and operational support as needed. We are looking for a detail-oriented and numbers-savvy individual to support our revenue management efforts and help maximize occupancy and profitability while staying true to our guest-focused ethos. Role Overview As Revenue Management Support, you’ll assist ownership/management with monitoring rates, availability, and distribution across online travel agencies (OTAs), the hotel’s direct booking engine, and other sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a sharp eye for trends, and understands how small adjustments can make a big impact. -Responsibilities -Support daily/weekly updates of room rates, restrictions, and availability across booking platforms. -Assist with monitoring competitor rates, demand patterns, and local market trends. -Prepare simple reports on occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR). -Coordinate with management team a to ensure accuracy of information across systems. -Help identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and reduce OTA reliance. -Overseeing rate management of small but multiple hotels Qualifications -Previous hotel revenue management,or OTA experience REQUIRED -Strong computer skills; familiarity with PMS/CRS/OTA extranets a plus (e.g., Booking.com, --Expedia, Airbnb).Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers. -Clear communicator who enjoys problem-solving and learning new systems. -We are a 'no drama' group.Interest in boutique hotels and hospitality is essential Schedule & Compensation Part-time or full time role with flexible hours; hybrid option may be possible.
