OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site in Miami. We are seeking to hire a well-spoken, enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Promoter to represent OysterLink at restaurants and hospitality venues in Miami. We charge just $50 per job post and our customer service ensures restaurants get candidates. We are the most affordable and cost effective job platform in the market. This is a part-time position offering base pay plus monthly bonus. The main responsibility of this position is to visit at least 30 restaurants and hospitality venues in Miami daily. Your objective is to meet with the hiring manager or owner, give them our promotional materials, to raise awareness of the OysterLink brand and get them to post their jobs. The Goal for this position is to visit at least 120 restaurants per week and generate over 40 job postings per month. We normally charge $50 per job post but your promotional materials include a discounted coupon code they can use. In addition, we’d like our brand promotors to help with generating social media posts by creating video posts promoting the website. General Responsibilities § Visit restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues daily to introduce OysterLink. § Promote the platform in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. § Educate managers/owners about OysterLink’s benefits and how it helps them hire faster and cheaper. § If needed, assist employers in creating their first job post on the platform. § Distribute business cards, flyers, QR codes, and other materials to get sign-ups. § Collect feedback from restaurant managers and report insights to the team. § Represent OysterLink’s brand values with energy, professionalism, and integrity. § Approach staff and get their comments on their careers and stories. § Create video material to be used on Social Media. Requirements § Outgoing, confident, and professional personality. § Strong communication and interpersonal skills. § Comfortable approaching and engaging with business owners/managers. § Ability to clearly explain OysterLink’s value in simple terms. § Organized and able to track visits, conversations, and conversions. § Experience in promotions, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required. § Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when restaurants are open. § Able to engage staff in casual conversations and capture their career stories. § Confident recording short video interviews/content with a phone or camera.
