Weekend Merchandiser (greenbrae)

WHISHA MISSION: To enhance and accelerate the transition of coffee from a commodity product to a specialty item. POSITION: Weekend Merchandiser – High Volume Accounts (Saturdays and or Sundays) JOB SUMMARY: As a Weekend Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our craft coffee products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed at retail locations on Saturday or Sunday mornings in high volume accounts. This part-time position is critical to increasing store throughput and supporting peak weekend traffic at our top tier accounts. This could be done on either a Saturday or Sunday and you are not required to be able to do both days to be considered eligible for the position. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Visit assigned grocery store accounts during early morning hours on Saturdays and Sundays to replenish the coffee sets including any displays with product that is being held in the back receiving area or store identified backstock areas ● Stock and rotate coffee products according to first-in, first-out (FIFO) standards ● Ensure correct pricing, shelf tags, and promotional signage are in place ● Follow all company merchandising standards and safety guidelines ● Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining professionalism and a strong in-store presence ● Communicate inventory needs, low stock alerts, and store-level issues to the team SHIFT ● 6:00am – 3:00pm (As needed based on route) ● Location: On the road ● Saturday or Sunday REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES ● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. ● Ability to use an IOS device ● Ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. ● Ability to stand, bend, sit, and kneel as necessary to conduct standard merchandising practices. ● Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● High school diploma, GED, or military service ● Excellent communication skills REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports to the General Manager COMPENSATION RANGE & BENEFITS ● Hourly Rate $22-30 / hour ● Utilization of a company vehicle Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00 - 30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8 per week Benefits: No Benefits as this role is Part Time Schedule: Weekends as needed Weekends only Work Location: In person
