We offer a laid-back, beachy vibe, and we need dedicated team members who are ready to bring their culinary skills to the table. Key Responsibilities: Cut, trim, and prepare meats (beef, chicken) for use in daily dishes. Maintain proper storage of meat products, ensuring freshness and safety. Follow safety guidelines when using cutting tools and equipment. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the right cuts and portions are prepared in a timely manner. Qualifications: Proven experience as a cook and/or meat cutter, preferably in a fast-casual or restaurant environment. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced setting. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Attention to detail with the ability to handle different cuts of meat and produce quality dishes. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Why Join Us?
