Utilize basic math skills for cash handling, including processing payments and providing change accurately. Qualifications Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is essential. Basic math skills for cashiering duties, including retail math for managing transactions effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. A server at McGillin's works hard and reaps the rewards. Full-time generally is three night shifts (primarily a weekend schedule initially) and gives you the opportunity to pick up shifts through the week.
