The successful candidate must be a team player who has a positive attitude and is reliable and task oriented. Responsibilities: -Checks guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient and courteous manner. -Efficiently handles all payments received - balances and verifies all transactions. -Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding room registration and ensures guest privacy. -Must be able to professionally handle and respond to guest issues and requests and make sound decisions. -Responsible for positively representing and promoting the hotel. -Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guests and employee safety and security. -Must maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. -Must be able to lift 50lbs. Occasionally you will be required to carry a twin mattress to a room. Qualifications: -Previous hotel front desk experience a plus but not necessary -Must Be Comfortable With Computer Data Entry -Ability to build rapport with guests -Strong organizational skills -Good written and verbal communication skills *Must be able to work graveyards which is 9:30pm to 5:30am Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays and Some Sundays.
