Food Scientist – Gummy Formulation We are developing a gummy to support women’s health and need a food scientist who can move fast and deliver results. What you will do: • Formulate and refine the gummy recipe for flavor, texture, and stability • Select and test ingredients including gelatin, pectin, sweeteners, acids, and botanicals • Optimize texture and mouthfeel with your knowledge of gelling agents and sweeteners • Ensure compliance, safety, shelf life, and nutritional claims What we are looking for: • Experience in food formulation, especially functional or dietary gummies • Strong background in food chemistry and biology • Ability to work quickly and creatively in a lab setting • Understanding of regulatory and food safety standards Why join us: Be the lead formulator on a high demand women’s health product and help take it from concept to launch.
