Our catering business has recently expanded, increasing our daily lunches. The cook need to have experience in prep, breakfast, hotline and coldline. Our fast-paced model allows us to be ready for a busy lunch, having all items to be made within 5 minutes. Our food is fresh with a chef-driven seasonal menu that changes frequently. We also run a daily house-made soup, lunch special, and latte and matcha special. Doing this keeps our menu exciting for the customers and staff, always seeing and learning new things. The job: The job consists of starting at 6:30 am or 7 am (depending on the station), working tickets as they come in on the cold line or hotline, along with preparing for lunch and assisting with lunch catering drop-offs.
