Manager Positions -- Roppongi Restaurant & Lounge La Jolla & Sammy's Restaurant & Bar South Bay Job Description: The iconic Asian fusion restaurant, Roppongi, is opening in La Jolla in October, and we have recently opened a brand new Sammy's Restaurant & Bar inside the Pier South resort in Imperial Beach. Both restaurants boast a beautiful remodel, an exciting menu, and eager staff, but both locations are in need of an experienced and passionate FOH Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will join our team and spend a few weeks training to learn all about the company goals, as well as its culture. Candidates must be available to work full weekends and holidays as well as special large events. Joining our team is for a person with hospitality in their heart, and an eye for detail and atmosphere. We truly are a family. Team Culture/About Us: Our managers should expect to work 5, 10-hour shifts each week, with a 30-minute break each day. Our branded schedule promises 2 consecutive days off, structure, and time for a personal life!
