Housekeeper – Full or Part time Banyan Harbor Seeking energetic male or female staff, who are hardworking, driven and ready to Assist us in cleaning units. This is a working position, which pays additional premium pay, if you work on weekends {Fri-Sat-Sun +$1.00 ph} or Timeshare Day {Wed +$2.50 ph}. We also offer a per hour incentive, should housekeepers complete 5 or more rooms in a shift {+1.50 ph}. Position is Hourly, and I’m told; it pays more than you would expect from a smaller property. Banyan Harbor Housekeeping offers a Fast-paced environment, great exercise via our multiple stairs, and is a great place to work w/ excellent benefits; which includes a great Medical package, Vacation (3 weeks after 5 years), Sick/Funeral leave, Holiday Pay (8 per year), and 401K for retirement w/ company contribution match up to a % cap. Something else you should contemplate, Cost of Driving and Gas. If you Live in Lihue and Drive to work full time in Princeville or Poipu, you’re paying on average $900 per month for gas, not to mention wear and tear on your vehicle and your Time driving to and from. On a monthly, full-time basis, that equates to $5.20 per hour worked, just for GAS! Hence, if your making $27.00 ph in Princeville, your actually netting $21.80.
