Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is a MUST. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso beverages. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
