Poke to the Max is looking for a food truck operator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, hard-working, punctual and enthused about representing the company around the puget sound. Responsibilities -Preparing Truck in the morning with food for day's event -Safely Driving and Setting up the food truck at the location/event (Propane and Gas) -Prepping, Cooking and Selling goods -Consistent communication with both kitchen staff and manager -Drive through the Puget Sound Area for events Qualifications: -Clean driving record -free from any moving violations going back at least 3 years (Required) -Good Driving record, Valid Drivers License -Previous Experience in the Food Industry -Previous experience in operating a food truck or box truck -Flexible Availability -Ability to elevate and understand the uniqueness of our product and brand -Comfortable working in smaller quarters, safely and effectively -Desire and ability to offer innovative and creative ideas that lend to a growing local small business -Dependable transportation -Must be 18 year and older Food Truck Shift Lead * Minimum 1 year of experience working in food service or hospitality -Prior supervisory or shift lead experience strongly preferred -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment -Strong communication and leadership skills -Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Responsibilities -Oversee daily food truck operations during assigned shifts -Manage and motivate team member to ensure smooth service -Handle customer interactions and resolve issues professionally -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards -Assist with opening and closing procedures
