Position Summary: That Pizza Place is an iconic restaurant that has been serving Carlsbad and the North County community for over 47 years. Good leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that all food products are ordered according to predetermined quantities. 2. Oversee kitchen inventory, safety, and other standard regulations. 3. Supervise, train and assist kitchen staff to produce quality food up to TPP standards. Other responsibilities: 1. Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked 2. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper TPP guidelines 3.
