Clean and restock lavatories as needed. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware. Empty and sanitize trash receptacles regularly. Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold proper sanitation standards. Qualifications: Prior experience in housekeeping, dishwashing, or janitorial work is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures. Good time management and organizational skills. About the Role The Slot Attendant to is responsible for handling routine slot machine-related customer complaints and identifying situations that may require supervisor intervention. Position Responsibilities Services minor machine malfunctions, preventative/routine maintenance, accurate preparation and completion of jackpot transactions, and communicating pertinent information to various support Departments Maintains confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information Must follow all company/property Department policies and procedures as well as comply with existing CCC and DGE rules and regulations Technical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, issuance of checks for hand paid jackpots, verifying jackpot transactions, preparing appropriate documentation for jackpots and cash transactions in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
