About Us We are a busy breakfast and brunch restaurant in Oceanside known for our fresh food, friendly service, and lively atmosphere. Role Summary We’re looking for an energetic and team-oriented Front of House (FOH) Team Member who can wear many hats. The ideal candidate is flexible, fast-moving, and passionate about taking care of every guest. Responsibilities Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the counter. Run food and beverages to tables quickly and with a smile. Bus tables, wipe down surfaces, and reset dining areas for the next guests. Make and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages. Expedite orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Support fellow team members by jumping in wherever needed. Provide attentive customer service and ensure guests feel welcome. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the FOH area. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café preferred. Barista/espresso drink knowledge a plus (training provided if needed). Strong multitasking and communication skills. Ability to stay positive and professional during busy rushes. Team player with a "pitch-in" attitude. Must be able to stand and move quickly for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and mornings.
