Biergarten/Cocktail Bar hiring AGM Manager (Brooklyn)

Hi there, we have 3 Restaurant/Bars and are looking for support for our Management team. Black Forest Brooklyn has two German Beergardens and a Cocktail Bar called Fritz in Brooklyn. We are looking to hire an experienced friendly Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities: Create an amazing work environment for all staff by making sure Procedures are correctly followed at all times. Oversee guest services and resolve issues. Ensure a high quality of ingredients and drink preparation. Train and manage all FOH staff. Implement and maintain Systems. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Support with Communications and Marketing.
