Bartenders, Baristas for neighborhood hub (Lower East Side)

Cafe/Bar/Venue with a neighborhood vibe looking to add professional Bartenders and Baristas as we enter a new phase in our operations. We are seeking those with open availability to start immediately. We are looking for an extremely trustworthy and reliable team with whom we can set expectations but then let you do your job. Our hiring philosophies have worked very successfully for us in the past to build a strong team vs over-staffing. We like dedicated long-term, experienced professionals who have chosen hospitality life as their career...and in return, we hope we can provide that you are happy working for us and making a good living wage. We have over 30 years experience running local institutions in the East Village and do not want to waste anyone's time. You must have several years experience but does NOT need to be in NYC. Baristas at least one year in 3rd wave coffee house. We are looking for conversational-style friendly team members who can chat and build regulars while still making sure everyone is happy when you are 3 deep at the bar or have a line at the cafe.
