Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, following DOH guidelines. - Assist with prep work, including chopping, sauces, soups, and other components. - Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation across all dishes. - Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow line cooks to keep service smooth. - Support kitchen operations with daily tasks such as inventory, labeling, and storage.
