The Assistant General Manager must also help manage costs, labor, support recruiting efforts, provide training, and ensure that all proper company policies are followed. This individual must be dependable, self-reliant, have wonderful guest hospitality, and effective coaching and teaching skills. It is vital that the Assistant General Manager have strong organizational and prioritization skills and has a focused team-oriented attitude.
