This role manages guest interactions from arrival to departure, including greeting, seating, answering questions, taking reservations, and handling take-out orders. The Host ensures smooth front-of-house operations by maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items, in-house procedures, and promotions, while contributing to overall team success through flexibility, attention to detail, and high standards of service and hospitality. This position requires professionalism, empathy, multitasking, and a positive, upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Lunch and/or dinner shifts available. Scheduling flexibility is preferred.
