Food safety knowledge: Understanding and adherence to food handling standards and sanitation practices. Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work within tight timelines. Teamwork: Capability to follow instructions, collaborate with other kitchen staff, including chefs and servers, to ensure smooth event execution. Communication skills: Clear communication with kitchen staff to understand dietary needs and event requirements. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing menu demands, dietary restrictions, and unexpected situations. Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, work around hot ovens and ranges. Dishwasher: Physical ability: Able to stand or walk for long shifts and lift at least 50 pounds Time management: Able to balance multiple responsibilities and be on time for shifts Communication: Able to coordinate with other kitchen staff Sanitation: Familiar with food safety and sanitation policies Positive attitude: Have a strong work ethic and be passionate about cleanliness and organization Responsibilities: Cleaning and restocking all cookware, pans, trays, utensils, glassware. Emptying, restocking, and cleaning trash receptacles. Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping floors. Unloading deliveries. Stocking supplies. Cleaning Restrooms.
