Responsibilities ● Plan and implement weekly curriculum and activities schedule with other team members ● Create daily schedules taking into account children’s age groups and interests ● Lead FUN recreational and educational activities through play, games, and explorations ● Set up and maintain equipment ● Assist children with conflicts using emotion coaching and NVC ● Respond to the developmental needs of the children ● Provide opportunities to meet the social emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of the children ● Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment for children and staff ● Perform first aid or take care of injuries as needed ● Keep accurate incident logs and documentation ● Be available: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2PM - 6PM & Monday, Wednesday 1PM - 6pm, as well as a handful of 8 hour days during school breaks, and training.
