Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support and client services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and another language, enabling them to assist customers effectively. Your ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate sales will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support as needed. Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications for data entry and documentation of customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language is required. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently with attention to detail. Experience in sales or client services is a plus. Strong analytical skills to assess situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Experience in administrative support for the construction of medical centers (hospitals, etc.) required.
