Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive project estimates based on client specifications and site evaluations. Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to gather necessary information and maintain project progress. Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects. Support the project manager in tracking project budgets, expenses, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a project coordinator, estimator, or similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costs. Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle budgeting and scheduling challenges. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
