All Florida Yacht Sales is growing again. As a result, we are looking for one Marine industry administrator/ closer to join our illustrious family, in Palmetto Bay. Our company is experiencing expeditious growth and needs an Experienced Administrator/ Executive Closer. There will be a set of responsibilities for maintaining our files and brokerage, to reach and exceed targets by providing a consistent and systematic administrative function. We seek a highly energized team player, driven to grow and develop a lasting relationship with our team and clients. Position Responsibilities: *Input data, and prepare routine financial statements and reports * Manage filing, copying, and scanning of all client documentation *Oversee title and tag registrations for clients 'vessels *Closing and transfer of vessel ownership documentation *Maintain sense of professionalism and judgement in all instances when dealing with other agents and clients *Other miscellaneous Marine industry documentation for vessels. *First two weeks are probationary and "not" paid! Required Work Experience: *MUST have relevant experience in preparation of Legal documents * MUST be able to legally work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license * Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and all-around Microsoft Office Travel Requirements: *Situated nearby.
