Eastern Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Construction Estimator (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of estimating experience who is eager to take on meaningful projects and grow within the construction industry. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting our project managers in delivering competitive bids. This position offers an hourly wage of $15–$20 plus commission per project, rewarding both accuracy and performance. Duties Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects by reviewing blueprints, specifications, and scope documents. Use estimating software and computer tools confidently to create and manage project pricing. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals. Support subcontractor and/or supplier outreach for pricing, ensuring competitive and complete proposals. Track and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Stay informed on materials, industry methods, and cost trends to ensure accurate pricing. Qualifications 2–3 years of construction estimating experience required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required for effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Strong computer skills and comfort with estimating software Knowledge of construction management principles, cost controls, and pricing strategies. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple estimates at once.
