We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our small property management company in downtown Oakland. This position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, follows up effectively, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys supporting others in a collaborative environment. This is a part-time role, Monday through Friday, 9am to 1pm. It is well-suited for college students or parents returning to the workforce. The hours can be somewhat flexible. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. • Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries. • Organize and schedule appointments. • Keep electronic and paper filing systems organized. • Filing and scanning • Assist in preparing building notices. • Order office supplies and seek out new deals and suppliers. • Maintain contact lists. • Deposit funds at the bank.
