Licensed Real Estate Agent – Property Management – Immediate Start! Who are we? We are a privately owned Property Management company in Pasadena, CA. We are responsible for maintaining apartment buildings, residential homes, commercial buildings, and condos. We have been providing high-level management services for more than 30 years across the Greater Los Angeles area. What is the role? We are seeking a full-time employee to work with our leasing operations team. Applicant must have a valid and up to date Californian Real Estate License. You will be responsible for; · Facilitating Rental Agreements · Marketing Vacancies · End of Tenancy Arrangements · Commercial Lease CAM Charges · Fielding vacancy inquiries from potential renters and providing vacancy information · Scheduling and holding in person showings/tours of vacant units Please note this is not a sales position, only Property Management. Who are you? You will be a self-motivated professional with the desire to manage a fast-paced and varied work schedule. You will enjoy having significant autonomy of your responsibilities and schedule. You will thrive in a collaborative environment using your team working skills to promptly re-rent vacancies and address tenant concerns, solving problems to reduce tenant turnover.
