Looking for an office manager/accounting assistant to help with a construction company. Employee will need to be able to work independently, be self-directed, take initiative, and keep busy without prompting. The employee is expected to be flexible to changing work assignment, organized and detail-oriented. Employee will be expected to compose correspondence and other documentation in a professional manner and manage time to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of construction experience, understand confidentiality, have a strong work ethic. This candidate will ideally also have basic accounting principle knowledge, Quickbook knowledge would also be a plus. Familiar with Word, Excel and report writing also a plus. Experience with procurement procedures also a plus. This is not a remote position. This position is in Tucson, AZ.
