Daily responsibilities include; Preparation of billings and invoices in MRI Application of tenant payments in MRI. Balance deposits to bank records to ensure proper cash application. Monitor monthly accounts receivable Work with property management to ensure preparation of delinquency notices as required. Preparation of annual budgets and common area expense Assist in month, quarter, and year end close process including posting accruals and other closing entries Complete alance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and other requirements from management, lenders, and tax accountants.
