Looking for an office manager/accounting assistant to help with a construction company. Employee will need to be able to work independently, be self-directed, take initiative, and keep busy without prompting. The employee is expected to be flexible to changing work assignment, organized and detail-oriented. Employee will be expected to compose correspondence and other documentation in a professional manner and manage time to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of construction experience, understand confidentiality, have a strong work ethic. This candidate will ideally also have basic accounting principle knowledge, Quickbook knowledge would also be a plus. Familiar with Word, Excel and report writing also a plus. Experience with procurement procedures also a plus. This is not a remote position. This position is in Tucson, AZ. Manage cash flow and billing. 2. Will oversee job costs and progress payments as well as day-to-day financial responsibilities for construction projects. 3. Report financial data. 4. Money collection. 5. Lender account management and oversee new lenders. 6. Oversee credit applications processing. 7. Resolve and respond to the lender’s complaints. Requirements: 1. Experience doing finance for a construction company, preferred. 2. Computer savvy. Experience with QuickBase (CRM), preferred. 3. Experience in budgeting and management. 4. Experience in opening accounts with new finance lenders. 5. Ability to gather and organize all necessary documents for finance applications. 6. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop version, preferred. 7. Comfortable collaborating with Sales reps. 8. Proven availability to coordinate with production and help meet weekly funding goals. 9.
