CobraFlex Printers LLC, a leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment and supplies, is expanding our team! We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join us in two key roles: 1. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat. Answer product questions, assist with orders, and resolve customer issues. Process returns, warranties, and service requests in coordination with our technical team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Assist with administrative tasks and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service (manufacturing, technology, or printing industry a plus). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, email, and online support tools). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Positive, team-oriented attitude. 2. Sales Representative Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the print, apparel, and promotional products industries. Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors. Present and demonstrate CobraFlex Printers’ product line, both virtually and in person. Prepare quotes, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: Previous B2B sales experience (printing, equipment, or related industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to travel to trade shows and client sites as needed. Comfortable using CRM zoho Prefered and online sales tools.
