Responsibilities Design and produce digital assets including emails, ads, social graphics, and web content that are on-brand and performance-driven. Support packaging design, from ideation through production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Create printed materials (inserts, retail collateral, campaign pieces) that extend the Sans brand offline. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all creative. Manage multiple projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 3–5 years of design experience, ideally within consumer brands or agencies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, with an eye for detail and brand storytelling. Experience designing for email, paid media, and packaging. Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
