Job Title : QA Analyst (Release Management) Location : Washington, DC Type : Long Term Rate - $Open (Best Possible) Job Responsibilities – Coordinate builds and testing of releases. Coordinate the scheduling and roll out of releases. Provide communication and information, including relevant release documentation, as required. Ensure appropriate checkpoints are met and coordinate release sign off. Coordinate the implementation of the release. Complete post implementation reviews. Maintain quality checks on releases and record those that directly or indirectly cause support Incidents. Requirement – Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Must have hands on experience with a TPF system. Must be well versed in Schedule Management. Capable to deliver a comprehensive assessment of current state of project's release statuses. Previous exposure to ITIL release, service management and/or project management. Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle work pressures to successfully deliver releases. Experience of working across different business areas, demonstrating customer focus and good corporate awareness. Service Now experience extremely desirable. Involvement in design and implementation of policy, process and procedure. Demonstrable ability of being able to communicate across departments at all levels and with senior management, including directors. Strong ability to write quality code (automation test code) . Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experienced with Cloud performance testing is a plus. Experienced with L3 switch or Gateway test is a strong plus. Experience with a large-scale enterprise network deployment is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tricentis TOSCA, test automation best practices, and experience in designing scalable automation solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, QA teams, and development teams to drive automation excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise-wide automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA. Define automation strategies, best practices, and governance models to ensure efficiency and maintainability. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers and QA teams. Integrate TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) to enable continuous testing. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to identify automation opportunities and optimize test coverage. Develop and maintain TOSCA automation scripts, modules, and reusable components. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards in test automation. Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new tools/features within TOSCA to enhance automation capabilities. Troubleshoot automation failures, optimize test execution time, and ensure reliable test results. Train and upskill teams on TOSCA best practices and automation methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10 -15 years of overall experience in Test Automation and QA Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including Test Case Design, Test Data Management, and Distributed Execution. Expertise in designing automation frameworks, test strategies, and reusable test assets. Strong knowledge of TOSCA integrations with ALM tools, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience in API, UI, and database automation using TOSCA. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, VBScript, Python) for automation customization. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, QTest, or TestRail. Hands-on experience in working with Agile and DevOps environments. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
