Mount This Fish Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the last open position and join our team at entry level to assist our production staff with assembly of our fish replicas. Mount This Fish Company replicas are life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world. Primary tasks: -- Glassing Molds -- Assembling Blanks -- Cutting Blanks Occasional Additional tasks: -- Prepping Blanks For Paint -- Assisting Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks Starting rate is $16/hr with a 30 day evaluation period. Raise is possible at the 90 day review dependent on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques. Most employees are up to $17/hr at the 90 day mark. We do have an incentive program that rewards the team for high performance increasing hourly rate by up to $3/hr. Employees may be eligible after 90 days. Hand eye coordination is necessary for pneumatic tool use. Knowing your fish specie is not required but is highly preferred. Medical Insurance 50% copay available after 6 months. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to identify any remaining dirt, damage, or imperfections, ensuring all vehicles meet Kniesel’s Collision’s high-quality standards before delivery. Cosmetic Touch-Ups: Perform minor cosmetic enhancements such as paint touch-ups, headlight polishing, and blemish correction to improve overall vehicle appearance. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles are returned to customers in pristine condition, contributing to a positive customer experience. Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working condition. Technical Assistance: Support repair technicians with prep work such as masking, taping, and sanding as needed. Inventory Management: Monitor and restock detailing supplies and tools to maintain adequate inventory. Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Production Manager or General Manager. Skills and Requirements: Prior experience in automotive detailing or a related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence. Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. Basic knowledge of automotive cleaning products and procedures. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Physically able to stand, kneel, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. A Metal Fabricator of Manufacturing Retail Fixtures, Custom Furniture and large format graphics seeking four (4) reliable machine operators who can work the 2nd shift and detailed oriented with 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment. JOB SUMMARY: Machine Operator roll former is responsible for operating and maintaining machines that shape various metal products using roll forming technology. The idea candidate has hands on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Run roll forming machine * Maintain roll forming machine * Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints * Basic knowledge of hand tools, measurement instruments, and metal fabrication processes * Ability to perform basic maintenance on machines and troubleshoot problems as the arise * Basic math and reasoning skills * Pay attention to detail and quality * Physically demanding, stand the majority of the day, reach, scoop and lift up to 50 lbs. SUMMARY OF JOB: The Yard Associate / General Labor will prepare inbound and outbound tool rental orders and assist in organization of rental equipment within the warehouse and out in the yard.
